WHO THIS IS FOR
MusicPro Creative Arts Academy is seeking passionate and community-minded collaborating teachers to join our 2026 launch in Glen Innes.
We welcome educators who value creativity, independence, and a supportive team environment — while contributing to something meaningful for the region.
WHAT MAKES OUR ACADEMY DIFFERENT
The Hybrid Lesson Model
This is not just a traditional music school. Our Academy gives teachers the option of blending individual lessons with shared musical experiences. If teachers choose to, they can work with their own students in their primary instrument while also contributing to collaborative sessions that strengthen musicianship and bring students and teachers together.
For Teachers, This Means:
A larger shared student base
Round-robin teaching opportunities
Masterclass and ensemble leadership pathways
Collaborating with others in your areas of strength
Teaching independently within a connected team
A warm, supportive teaching culture
For Students, This Creates Holistic Musical Development:
🎵 Round-robin sessions
🎵 Shared musicianship activities
🎵 Cross-instrument creative development
🎵 Band and ensemble preparation
🎵 Multiple teacher insights
This approach helps students grow into expressive, confident, adaptable musicians — while also building community.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND LOGISTICAL HELP
Collaborating with MusicPro also gives teachers access to a dedicated communication platform that helps manage:
student messages
missed lessons and make-up tracking
scheduling
enrolment updates
payment reminders and notifications
parent/student communication
This support reduces teacher admin, minimises lost lessons, and ensures smoother communication with students and families — allowing teachers to focus on teaching instead of paperwork.
A MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Local support, shared values, and experience you can rely on.
At MusicPro Creative Arts Academy, teachers are supported by the educational guidance of Paul Avanti Iannuzzelli, founder and principal of the Academy.
Paul brings:
A Master of Music and Bachelor of Music Education
(Sydney Conservatorium of Music & University of Sydney)
Experience as a qualified NSW Department of Education music teacher
A background in music performance, production, composition, and curriculum design
But more importantly, Paul brings a genuine desire to support local teachers, strengthen creative opportunities in the region, and help build a community-based program where everyone can thrive.
This isn’t about hierarchy — it’s about quiet support, shared knowledge, and help where it matters.
Paul provides behind-the-scenes assistance through:
Curriculum and planning support
Structured learning pathways
Shared teaching resources
Professional and pedagogical guidance
A stable, experienced foundation to rely on
You teach in your strengths.
You remain independent.
But you’re never left without support.
This is what makes the Academy different — a balance of independence, community, and strong educational grounding.
